Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using AgentGrow.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentGrow (“Service”), operated by gheWARE uniGPS Solutions LLP (LLPIN: AAK-8847, GSTIN: 29AAKFG8847K1ZK), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Services Description

AgentGrow provides AI agents (an AI revenue team) that autonomously manage content creation, social media posting, lead generation, SEO monitoring, and business intelligence for your organization.

Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis and may include:

  • Automated blog post creation and publishing
  • Social media management across multiple platforms
  • Lead capture and email automation
  • Google Search Console integration and SEO analysis
  • Competitor intelligence and reporting

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into binding contracts on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Payment & Billing

Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or yearly. We never charge you automatically. About 5 days before each renewal date we email you a secure link to pay the renewal. If it is not paid, we send reminders on the due date and 2 and 5 days after it. After the last reminder your agent is suspended, never deleted, and it resumes as soon as you pay.

With annual billing you pay for 10 months and get 12 months of service, billed once a year. Upgrades are charged the new plan’s full monthly price and take effect at once; there is no proration. Downgrades take effect at once, and the lower price applies from your next renewal.

All payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments and charged in Indian rupees. Prices are shown in USD; INR prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated periodically. Listed INR prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. GSTIN: 29AAKFG8847K1ZK.

Within 30 days of your first payment you can ask for a full refund for any reason. We also offer a 90-day deliverables guarantee: if your agent fails to meet the minimum deliverables for your plan (as defined in our Refund Policy) within 90 days of your agent being deployed, we will refund your subscription payments in full. Guarantee claims must be made within 90 days of deployment and are subject to the eligibility requirements in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Content generated by your AI agent on your behalf (blog posts, social media posts, reports) is owned by you. The AgentGrow platform, software, and underlying AI infrastructure remain the intellectual property of gheWARE uniGPS Solutions LLP.

6. AI-Generated Content

All content created by your AI agent is generated using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Content is AI-generated and may require your review before publication
  • You are responsible for any disclosures required by applicable laws or platform policies regarding AI-generated content on your channels
  • While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors — you should verify factual claims in published content
  • gheWARE uniGPS Solutions LLP is not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content published on your platforms

7. Platform Access & Credentials

To operate your AI agent, you may provide access credentials for social media platforms, email services, and other third-party tools. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Credentials are stored as encrypted Kubernetes Secrets and are never logged or shared
  • Your agent will post content and interact on your platforms according to your configured preferences
  • You are responsible for ensuring that automated posting complies with each platform’s terms of service (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
  • gheWARE uniGPS Solutions LLP is not liable for any account suspensions, restrictions, or penalties imposed by third-party platforms due to automated activity
  • You may revoke platform access at any time by updating your credentials or contacting support

8. Data Usage

We collect and process business information you provide to configure your agent. This data is used solely to operate your AI agent and is never sold to third parties. Your data may be processed by third-party service providers including Cashfree (payments), AWS SES (email) and Cloudflare (networking); the full list is in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. The text your agent writes is generated on AgentGrow's own infrastructure. See our Privacy Policy for full details, including your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gheWARE uniGPS Solutions LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from AI-generated content, social media account actions, or third-party platform changes. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination & Cancellation

Either party may end the subscription at any time. You can cancel with the one-click cancel link in your renewal email, or by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Cancellation Request.” When you cancel:

  • No further renewals are billed, and your agent keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for
  • After that date your agent is paused. Your agent data, content and CRM data are kept
  • You can export your leads and activity as CSV files from your portal at any time
  • To have your data deleted, ask us in writing at [email protected]; we delete it and confirm in writing
  • Refunds are given only as set out in our Refund Policy (the 30-day full refund and the 90-day deliverables guarantee); there are no other partial-period refunds

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
