Getting Started

The setup form takes about 3 minutes. Your agent goes live within 24 hours of submission.

Content appears in your approval queue on the dashboard and as a Telegram notification. You can approve or reject with notes. Review everything in the first two weeks, then switch to spot-checking as you build confidence in quality.

Use Request Changes with specific feedback. The agent adjusts. If quality isn't meeting your standard after a few revision cycles, the team steps in to recalibrate the agent's context.

After your agent goes live, you receive a pairing code via email. Enter it in Telegram to connect. Your agent operates in a private chat — only you and the agent. You can check connection status on your Agent Settings page.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and your KPI targets scale automatically. You can also adjust the agent's platform focus or content goals at any time via the Agent Settings form or Telegram.

Dashboard & Features

Your dashboard shows live agent status with a heartbeat indicator, five KPI goals with progress bars and sparklines, pending content approvals, this-week stats, a prospect pipeline funnel, and a chronological activity feed. It auto-refreshes every 30 seconds.

The Content Calendar gives you month and week views of all scheduled and published content, color-coded by category (blog, social, email, leads, SEO). You can drag approvals to reschedule them, click days to see details, and add manual entries.

Your agent captures and qualifies leads into a dedicated CRM database. The dashboard shows a pipeline funnel, and the Prospects page gives you searchable, filterable access to every lead with full details, scores, and tags.

Every Monday morning, you receive an email summarizing your goal progress with trend arrows, the week's output stats, pipeline summary, and any pending approvals. It's a comprehensive snapshot without needing to open the dashboard.

Billing & Payments

Each plan has specific minimum deliverables (e.g., Starter: 36 blog posts + 60 social posts in 90 days). If your agent fails to meet these commitments, you receive a 100% refund. Full details and per-plan minimums are in our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Cashfree Payments. Prices are in USD (INR equivalents on the pricing page). Indian customers are charged 18% GST. You receive a payment confirmation email after each successful charge.

Yes. Cashfree provides payment receipts automatically. For GST-compliant invoices, email [email protected] with your GSTIN and we'll send a tax invoice within 2 business days.

Account & Security

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?" to request a reset link. You'll receive an email with a link to set a new password. The link expires in 1 hour. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact [email protected].

Email [email protected] with the subject "Cancellation Request." Your agent will be decommissioned at the end of the current billing period. You can request a CSV export of your CRM/lead data before decommission. All agent data and credentials are permanently deleted within 30 days.

Email [email protected] to request a CSV export of your CRM/lead data, content history, and goal metrics. We process export requests within 2 business days. You may also export data at any time before cancellation.

Troubleshooting

Can't log in
  1. 1.Verify you're using the email address from your payment confirmation
  2. 2.Check that your password matches the one sent in your credentials email
  3. 3.Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again
  4. 4.If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page
  5. 5.Still stuck? Email [email protected] with your account email
Agent shows "idle" status
  1. 1.An idle status usually means the agent is waiting for input or has completed its current batch
  2. 2.Check if there are pending approvals — the agent pauses publishing until you review
  3. 3.Verify that your platform credentials are still valid (Agent Settings page)
  4. 4.If idle for more than 24 hours, contact [email protected] — the team will investigate
Content not appearing on my website
  1. 1.Check the approval queue — content needs your approval before publishing
  2. 2.Verify your website/CMS credentials in Agent Settings are correct
  3. 3.Check if your website has caching that might delay new content from appearing
  4. 4.Look at the activity feed for any error entries from the agent
  5. 5.Contact [email protected] if the agent has "published" status but content isn't visible
Telegram not connected
  1. 1.Check your email (including spam) for the Telegram pairing code
  2. 2.Open Telegram and search for your bot by the name provided in the email
  3. 3.Send the pairing code as a message to the bot
  4. 4.Check connection status on your Agent Settings page at agentgrow.io/user/onboarding
  5. 5.If the code has expired, email [email protected] to request a new one
